##### Project General Facts

Amour sans Detour 2 is a collection of three-bedroom villas developed by DarGlobal within the AIDA golf and seaside community. The collection is offered in two villa types, each a low-rise residence arranged over a ground and first floor. The villas are positioned as a dual-purpose offering, suited equally to full-time private living or placement within a managed vacation-rental programme, with panoramic sea and golf-course views forming part of the design intent.

Residents have access to a broad range of community and lifestyle amenities within AIDA, including an 18-hole championship golf course and golf clubhouse, a residence club with a fitness centre and wellness centre, swimming pools and children's splash areas, landscaped parks, hiking and running trails, viewing decks and promenades, along with plazas, cafés and restaurants and on-site luxury hotels. Signature membership options give owners and their guests access to the golf club and to the residence club's shared facilities.

Interiors are designed as a refined, unfurnished canvas that gives owners the freedom to personalise each space, with considered floor plans, natural light and understated finishes across both levels.
