Residence Come
Project general facts
Residence Come by Reportage is a boutique apartment development with light façades, curved balcony lines and glazed railings. Landscaped terraces and planted edges soften the building’s frontage, connecting its contemporary architecture with the coastal setting. Apartments, office spaces and private outdoor areas are arranged within a single building.
Private rooftop terraces with Jacuzzis serve selected top-floor apartments, while shaded relaxation areas provide outdoor seating. Secure parking, optional enclosed garage boxes and private cellars support daily routines. Access to the building is controlled through a keypad and video intercom.
The homes offer studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom layouts, with private balconies or terraces depending on the unit. Kitchens include cabinets and countertops, while bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. Bathrooms feature tiled finishes, showers, vanity units and mirrors. Double-glazed aluminium windows and doors, reinforced entrance doors, smart home automation and fibre-optic connectivity complete the specifications.
