The Estates Residences is a low-density, gated community by SODIC, combining apartments, duplexes, villas, twin homes and townhomes within a landscape planned by an international master planner. The modern countryside architecture gives each building its own look and colour palette, with large windows bringing natural light and imaginative views into every home.

Parks with lakes, playgrounds and barbecue areas are linked by green spines lined with shops, cafés, sports courts and play areas, while a ring road keeps cars away from pedestrian paths. The Grounds sports hub offers tennis and paddle tennis courts, a football pitch, a jogging track, a skating arena, pools and a gym, and a supermarket, pharmacy, laundromat, medical centre and veterinary clinic cover daily needs within the community.
