Verde Villas is a collection of four-bedroom garden villas by Ajmal Makan on Al Thuraya Island, part of the developer's Sharjah Waterfront City master development. Positioned on the garden side of the island, in the second row behind the beachfront homes, the villas are set among landscaped green spaces and calm lakes, with the island beach within easy reach. The concept pairs contemporary architecture with the natural setting, offering spacious layouts on private plots designed for families seeking a quieter, nature-focused island lifestyle.

Sharjah Waterfront City is a large master-planned destination in Al Hamriyah, on the northern coast of Sharjah, made up of a cluster of islands set just off the shoreline. Al Thuraya Island is one of its residential islands, laid out around an exclusive beach, calm lakes and extensive landscaped green spaces. The area offers a resort-style pace of life by the sea, away from the dense urban centres of Sharjah and Dubai, while keeping both within a comfortable drive.

Al Hamriyah sits between Ajman and Umm Al Quwain, with road links to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road connecting the area with Sharjah city, Ajman and Dubai. Hamriyah Free Zone, one of the emirate's key industrial and logistics hubs, lies close by and adds a significant employment base to the neighbourhood.
